Where a horsebox is driven with a business related purpose, such as for a livery yard or riding school, or professional rider, despite saying they are ‘not for hire or reward’ they probably need to have a Restricted, Standard or International Operating licence.
The course is very informative whether you think you need an Operator’s Licence or not.
Counts as Professional Driver CPC, recorded by the DVLA

This course is fully approved by JAUPT, delivered by a professional HGV training company and completion will be credited to your DVLA Driver CPC record and is valid for 5 years
